I cant believe how easy this diet has been. Like Terry I have had no food cravings. It’s great. I have been on the program for 6 days and lost 15 lbs. I wished that I would have measured myself but I didn’t, but did take before pictures.

(Ignite 15) has taught me that it is more about when you eat certain types of foods than it is about what kind of foods you actually eat. In other words I can have pizza, chocolate cake and even ice cream as long as I correctly schedule when I eat them. Yes I can eat the foods I love and still look the way I want.
