Remember, each person has a different caloric need that must be met in order for his/her body to stay fit and healthy. • As much as possible, try to sneak simple exercises in between your routines. If you’re not in a hurry, try to take the stairs instead of the escalator or the elevator. Walk towards the nearest store instead of commuting or riding your car. It not only helps you burn calories and lose fat, it also helps you save money. Two birds in one stone, eh?

• Snacks are common. It’s what you eat as snacks that matters. Try to buy foods that are healthy for you, such as fruits. Bananas and pineapples are common snacks, since only few people dislike their taste and are allergic to them, plus, they’re readily available in most parts of the globe.

• Last, but definitely not the least, weight management depends heavily on your discipline. If you can’t discipline yourself to do the right thing, eat the right food, do the right exercises, then, you won’t be losing weight. Remember that.
